There is One Power, One Life, and that Life is God’s Life, and MY life now. God is joy, gladness, delight, and exultation. I am ONE with God; therefore, I AM gladness, delight, and exultation.
Today, I rejoice in this wonderful day. I accept that I am worthy of a life that is joyful and happy. I release the belief that I need to suffer in order to grow. I embody gladness, delight, and exultation, and share it with others. Each day, I enthusiastically engage in activities that bring me joy. My inner child thrills with delight! I connect with Spirit through daily spiritual practices, choosing uplifting and inspirational media. Also, I take time for daily reflection, connect with loved ones, and spend time with my beloved animals. I am now ready, willing, and eager to learn, evolve, and grow spiritually with joy. I experience delight in every slice of life. I am buoyant and cheerful. I am blessed with wonderful friends and interests.
How glad I am to be experiencing joy right now! I am so grateful and appreciative of the delight, exultation, and happiness in my life. I give thanks for all the activities that provide both growth and joy.
I release my word to the Law of Mind, rejoicing it is so. And so it is. Amen.
